Transaction currency captured across all integrations

This laid the groundwork for Canadian and international tax support, and means no international sales data is lost.

Zamp now records the currency on every transaction it receives, from every integration. Previously, transactions in currencies other than US dollars were dropped and never saved.

Every transaction is now kept, with its currency, ready for international tax calculations. This was the first building block of Zamp's Canadian and international support.
