Tax collection reminder emails

Forgetting to start collecting after registering is a common and costly mistake. This closes the gap automatically.

Registering in a new state is only half the job. You also need to start collecting tax there on the right day. Zamp now looks ahead for state registrations that are about to take effect and emails customers the day before, reminding them to turn on tax collection.

This was previously a manual reminder from the customer success team. It is now automatic for every new registration.
