International transactions in the app

Customers selling internationally can review those sales in the same place as their US activity.

The transactions view now has a country filter so you can view sales outside the US. Currency symbols update to match the country you select, and currency is included in transaction exports.

Summary totals at the top of the page work when your selection is in a single currency.
