Nexus report exports and freshness timestamps

Easier to share nexus data with your accountant or leadership, and easier to trust what you are looking at.

The economic nexus report picked up a few useful upgrades. A new export button downloads the full report as a CSV, and a last updated timestamp shows exactly when the data was last refreshed.

We also tightened up the design with clearer state colors and sizing, better borders, and improved spacing so the report is easier to scan.
