Shopify voided, cancelled, and expired orders

Sometimes a Shopify order is placed but payment is never collected because the order is voided, cancelled, or expires. Zamp now recognizes those end states and treats them as unsuccessful sales.
When an order is placed in one month and the payment failure settles in a later month, Zamp records an offsetting negative amount in the later period, the same way refunds are handled. Each period stays accurate.
