Closed filing periods

What you approve is exactly what gets filed. No more drift between your sign-off and the return.

Once Zamp has notified a customer that a period is ready to file, that period is now closed to changes. If a transaction for that period arrives late, from any integration, it is moved forward into the current open period.

The API returns an error for attempts to update or delete transactions in a closed period. Historical syncs into periods Zamp did not file still land where they belong, because only filed periods are closed.
