Approve nexus registrations in the app

Going from nexus alert to registration takes one click instead of an email thread.

When a company crosses economic nexus in a state, customers now get an email that links them to the Zamp app, where they can approve the registration in a click. Customers can also turn on auto-approval, and Zamp will start the registration automatically and send a confirmation email.

Either way, Zamp's registration work begins right away, and the new state, registration, and location are set up on the account.
