Loop Returns support for any configuration
Stores using Loop can switch to Zamp without changing their returns setup, and exchanges are no longer double counted.
Loop Returns offers special settings that make it easier for some tax tools to integrate, but many Shopify stores use Loop's default configuration. Zamp now supports Loop no matter how it is set up, including the out-of-the-box settings.
Zamp follows each order's full history through exchanges and returns and works out which period every positive and negative tax amount belongs in. It also detects which approach a store is using and applies the right logic automatically.
