Fix for Stripe line item rounding

Fewer missing transactions means filings reflect every sale, without manual cleanup.

Stripe sometimes rounds line item totals in unusual ways, and in rare cases those invoices failed to save in Zamp because the totals did not add up. Zamp now accounts for Stripe's rounding behavior, so those transactions save cleanly.

This was one of a handful of long-standing edge cases in the Stripe integration, and closing it removes a quiet source of missing transactions.
