Filing summary reports in the app

Customers can now see their state filing summary reports in the Zamp app, the same detailed reports Zamp uses to file.

Each report shows a status in the corner indicating where it is in the process, and more detailed statuses like Pending Approval followed as in-app filing management rolled out.
