Faster date picker

A small change that saves time anywhere you filter by date.

The date picker across the app now uses simple month and year dropdowns, so getting to a past period takes a couple of clicks instead of paging through months.

Search filters, including dates, are also saved in the page URL, so you can share a link to an exact view.
