Colorado and Minnesota retail delivery fees

Sellers delivering into these states can charge the right fee at checkout.

Colorado and Minnesota charge a retail delivery fee on qualifying deliveries in addition to sales tax. Registrations in those states can now be configured to calculate the fee along with sales tax.

To turn it on, set the imposition type on the company's Colorado or Minnesota region. The fee is then returned in calculations through the API.
