Zamp
Commitment
Accuracy Commitment
If you are a Zamp API customer and an inaccurate result returned by the service triggers a state sales tax audit, Zamp will cover any uncollected sales tax, penalties, and interest resulting from the inaccuracy, up to what you paid Zamp over the prior 12 months, provided you:
- Properly set up and configured the Zamp API at the time the inaccurate result was returned,
- Notify us within 15 days of first receiving notice of audit and share your audit-related information so that we can help research the situation,
- Allow us to work with the state in case they are wrong, to reduce your liability, and provide reasonable assistance to Zamp in this process.
Filing Commitment
If you are a customer of Zamp’s Sales Tax filing service, and Zamp does not submit your sales tax filing on time, Zamp will:
- Pay any penalties or interest due to the state as a result of that late filing. This assumes you provided accurate and complete information and your bank account was sufficiently funded to pay the liability owed to the state.
